I think that is dumb when people are so anal about how they are so different and cant have the same rights as others. The declaration of Independence states that all men are created equal and to my knowledge we aren't following this. I feel as though this ban against gay marriages is like when blacks and whites were segregated. He is allowing 11 million immigrants to live in the U.S. for up to six years, and is allowing them to work here. I think this is a good idea, because it will allow them to experience what we have over here, but then again I am kind of scared of our safety. Its good that they can only work in the interior of the U.S. so they are unable to trade illegal goods and import more illegal aliens into the country. But in a way this a bad, because they immigrants are in the way of the people who are trying to get a job. The aleins will try to work their hardest becasue thats what most of them believe in, and some Americans are lazy. I hope this works out, but for the most part I do agree with Bush.. This may be the only time I do!

Bush Defends Detainees Policy

So, pretty much Bush is a liar. Kaine said "You’re not fit to be governor, if you make stuff up on this stage. You know out there that Jerry Kilgore has never cut a tax in his life." They kept going back and forth about what eachother will do if they become governor. It seems to me that Kilgore didn't want to talk about any important issues. He kept trying to stay away from topics like abortion. He would talk about it but wouldn't go into great detail. Kaine kept bringing up his religion and how he wouldnt change it if he became governor. He shouldnt give that up if it means something special to him. Although, Kilgore kept nagging on Kaine, saying Kaine would be a bad governor. He would say stuff like " Tim Kaine is going to raise the gas tax, I'll be a governor who will not raise the gas tax." It really bothers me when people say what others are going to do. Kilgore has no idea what Kaine will do if he becomes governor. I believe that Kilgore wants to sound superior. I just don't understand why they want to stay there and become dehydrated, starving, and go through all of that pain watching their hometown become destroyed. I don't think that it is necessary for the police to stick a M16 at their head and force them to leave. They do need to get out of New Orleans but if police are forcing them to leave then they wont want to leave. They just need to aware the residents of what is going to happen to them if they stay and then maybe they will leave.

test

test

My Private Idaho

This article made me laugh. I really liked the comment "Shouldn't the president worry more about body armor than body fat?" Im sorry but I do not care for Bush. I feel that he hasn't been doing his job correctly for the past 4.5 years. I agreed when the article said " This president has never had to pull all-nighters or work very hard, because Daddy's friends always gave him a boost when he flamed out." I think that this is true, because, Bush always relies on his father whenever he has a problem. Sometimes that's fine, because everyone needs advice, but he does it excessively. Its like they are both the presidents.

Girls Arrested After Motel Killings

http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/08/25/motel.killings.ap/index.html

This article is really sad to me because thses girls were only 14 and 15 years old, and they shot these two older men. They got a ride from them to the Motel. Once they got to there, they shot them both and stole their money. I dont know what was going through their minds, but it was not worth going to jail for.

test

Hey everyone!
